• Stand with your heels together and face me. Bend your knees so your legs form a circle. Then fold your hands and make a circle with your arms above your head.

  • Kneel with your left side to me. Keep your right arm at your side while making a semicircle above your head with your left arm. Next, lift your body so that your thighs are at a 45 degree angle as you lean back.

  • Stand straight with your left side to me. Make a circle with your arms. Bend your right elbow down towards your feet as you arch your back.

  • Stand up straight with your arms down by your sides.
