At Dately, we create good times. So many that we now need more hands.
We are looking for a well-written, solution-oriented and empathetic customer service type 20-25 hours a week. The position requires good humour, a good mood and the desire to be part of Copenhagen's best team.



About the job

As the customer service manager at Dately, you are responsible for ensuring that customers receive a useful response to their inquiries in writing or by telephone. We value good service, and it will be a big plus if you have relevant experience from the past.

We answer customers on weekdays during normal office hours. The atmosphere in our customer service is good, and we have a clear preponderance of happy, nice customers. And very few of the sour ones. We currently work in different IT systems, and therefore a bit of technical understanding is essential. Overview of seventeen open tabs at the same time is also a plus ;-)

Typical tasks...

- Handle written customer inquiries on a daily basis
- Ensure that Dately's customers receive personal and good service every time
- Manage customers' subscriptions manually
- Optimizing workflows in customer service (work smarter not harder)
- Analyze issues and report further so that we work smartly and efficiently.
- Contribute to a good Friday bar

Dately is a startup in wild growth. Every month we send several thousand dates home to the Danes. We are a strong team of four, and together we are on a mission to create more time and presence in the relationship.
Dately was created during corona in 2020, when our founder Nicolai could not take his girlfriend out on dates, and instead arranged the experiences at home.
We have growing pains and big ambitions, but we have fun along the way.
