How much does a Dately subscription cost?
The subscription price is DKK 349 per month.
When you order your first Dately box, you sign up for 'automatic payment' with your credit card. If you have chosen to receive a box every other month, we will of course only deduct DKK 349 every other month.
If you want to buy or purchase a single box, it costs DKK 349 (unless otherwise stated). See the selection of boxes for sale in our shop.
When will I receive my first Dately box?
The welcome box is always the first Dately box you receive. It is delivered within 1-4 working days from when we have received your order. If you order before the 20th of the month, you will receive the welcome box within 1-4 working days.
As a subscriber, you receive a box at the beginning of each month.
We endeavor to send all boxes on the first working day of the month.
Can you decide for yourself which box you want to start with?
You can freely choose between three different welcome boxes. After the welcome box has been received, you will receive the same boxes as the other members.
Can you make wishes for a new Dately box?
We love receiving great ideas for dates or content in new boxes.

Can you skip a month?
We recommend that you have a fixed day a month to go on a date. Should a month come when you don't have time for a Dately box, you can always skip a month. It just has to be done before the 20th of the month.
I am a customer but cannot log in. What do I do?
This is because you have not registered as a user, but made the first purchase as a guest.
Here's how you do it:
Click on www.dately.dk and click on the login icon in the top right corner
Create a user with the email you registered when you bought your Dately box.
If possible, find the very first email we sent you, and click on the link in the email.
How do I change my subscription?
You make changes to your subscription in your profile. Note that the first time you log in, you must create a user.
It is important that you register with the same email as you used when you made your first purchase.

Can I try a Dately box without a subscription?
Yes, if we have boxes in surplus after all subscribers have received the month's box. We ship the box of the month in the first week of each month.
Around the 10th of each month, we reveal the theme of the month.
If we have extra boxes in stock, these will be put up for sale on our website at the beginning of the month, and only while stocks last. Note that the selection varies.
When you buy (or buy more) a single box, the price is DKK 399, unless otherwise stated.
Can I give a Dately box as a gift?
Yes, of course you can. Note that the boxes often contain food items with an expiry date. The shelf life is usually a few months. So we recommend buying the gift shortly before it is given.
